You can view all your orders, balance and pending payments if you log in to the Klarna app. Then select My Klarna to navigate between your purchases and payments, to view your payments as well as your statement history.

Still can't see your orders?
Orders placed with Klarna are linked to the email address with which the order was placed. If there is no Klarna account registered for the email used, a new Klarna account will be created for that order. If you're not seeing a specific purchase, it's important to check that you're logged in to your Klarna profile (with the email address you used at checkout). To see which email address is linked to the order you are looking for, check the confirmation email you received from the store. If the email address does not exist, we recommend that you change the email address by talking to our customer service.

Apple Pay
When you place an order using your Apple ID, you can share or hide your email address. If you choose to hide your email address when using your Apple ID, a random email address will be created to keep your information private. In that case, you will not be able to see the order in the application, as it is linked to the random email address; chat with our customer service to change the email address on the order.

“3 interest-free payments” is an alternative to traditional credit, but without interest, which allows you to divide your purchases into 3 payments. These payments will be automatically withdrawn every month from the debit/credit card you registered with us, until the full amount of the order has been paid. In our application, you will also have the option to pay a single installment or even the entire balance sooner, if you prefer. However, at this time, it is not possible to change the scheduled payment date to a later date.

If your order is eligible for “3 interest-free payments”, you can select that option at checkout and enter your debit or credit card information. Once the store has shipped your order, you will receive an email from Klarna presenting your payment plan and we will charge your card for the first installment. Your purchase and payments will then be visible and manageable in the Klarna app. Make sure you download the Klarna app so you are in full control and never miss a payment!

Good to know: there are no fees for using 3 interest-free payments!

No registration required! If your order is eligible to pay in 3 interest-free payments, the option will be displayed at checkout and you don't need to enter any extra information. Simply choose 3 interest-free payments as your payment method at checkout, and enter your debit or credit card information. This is the card we will use for your scheduled automatic payments.

When you download the Klarna app, choose the email address or mobile number you'd like to log in with. When you're ready for your first purchase, we'll ask you for some additional information, including your name, date of birth, home address and the payment method you'd like to continue making your payments with. This information allows us to verify your identity and ensure your purchase meets our responsible lending criteria.
