APC Rack Switched Power Distribution Units (PDUs) provide advanced, customizable power control and active monitoring. Remote output level controls allow you to turn on/off the shutdown and restart functionality to remotely reset the equipment and restrict unauthorized use of individual outputs. Power sequencing timing allows users to define the order in which connected equipment is turned on or off. Prevents circuit overload during power recovery and extends the uptime of critical equipment by prioritizing load separation. Current measurement provides real-time remote monitoring of connected loads. Rack Switched PDUs include active power monitoring, a humidity/temperature sensor port, lockable IEC outlets and low profile circuit breakers. User-defined alarms warn of potential circuit overloads before critical IT faults occur. Users can access, configure and control Switched Rack PDUs through secure Web, SNMP or Telnet interfaces, complemented by APC's centralized management platforms using InfraStruxure Central, Capacity Manager and Change Manager.
